Need more details before anyone can offer much of a suggestion about what is goofed up.
What year is your scoot - what is the mileage - exactly what did you change on the carb - how long since the tank and carb have been cleaned out -
Initial diagnosis - you have a fuel delivery problem - could readily be the vacuum diaphram on the carb slide but also could be the diaphram on the fuel tap
If you pull out the spark plug - what color is it - white means way way to lean -
Is the bike backfiring a lot?
